Kadin Chin is a graphic design student at the University of Akron. This year, he illustrated a series of artworks for the Robert K. Pfaff Transit Center, including a fully wrapped bus featuring his designs. His illustrations highlight animals native to Summit County using public transit and navigating the kinds of challenges both new and experienced riders may face.

After graduating, Kadin hopes to pursue a career in video game graphic design

Sage Bishop

University of Akron

Sage Bishop is an Art student at the University of Akron. This year, they had the opportunity to design a bus shelter utilizing graphic design and 3D elements. Their design is inspired by oranges, cream, and cake. Sage currently works with students at the NIHF STEM Middle School, and in their spare time, they enjoy making jewelry, painting, and printmaking.

Sage plans to graduate in 2027 and pursue a career in art education.
