Title VI/ADA/Equal Employment Opportunity Complaint Process

METRO RTA is committed to offering safe, dependable, cost-effective, customer focused transportation to our community. As such, METRO RTA operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin, age, gender or disability.

If you feel you have been discriminated against based on one of the above characteristics, you have the right to file a complaint. For more information on your rights, or to file a concern, you can do ONE of the following options:

  • OPTION TWO: Call Customer Service at 330.762.0341 to verbally start the complaint process.
  • OPTION THREE: Fill out the online form below.
  • OPTION FOUR: Come to our Robert K. Transit Center at 631 S. Broadway St.,  Akron, Ohio 44311 and request a complaint form.
