Starting the morning of August 9, ramps and lanes closed at Akron’s central interchange - where Route 8 and interstates 76 and 77 meet.
Routes #103 Stow/Hudson & #104 Twinsburg/Creekside will detour around the closures.
#103 h outbound detour: depart RKP Transit Center on regular route to cover the stops then detour by way of High St.; Left on South St.; Left on Broadway to Perkins; Route 8 North.
#103 h inbound detour: Route 8 South; exit Buchtel Ave; continue to right on E. Exchange; Left on High St.; Ramp to Rosa Parks Dr. to North Drive.
Closures are expected to last until late November.
